Once you have purchased your copy of WordFrequencyCounter, you will be sent a unique serial number to the e-mail address you entered during the purchasing process. You should receive this immediately after your order is approved.

The title of your registration e-mail is WordFrequencyCounter - Order Information and if you have not received your registration e-mail within one hour, the most likely cause is that it has been filtered as spam and been diverted to your junk folder by your e-mail provider.

Open the output file (containing the word frequency list) with Wordpad. The output is saved as Unicode text to allow WordFrequencyCounter to work with non-english alphabets. Notepad on Windows
XP can not always tell whether a file contains Unicode or Ascii text.
